When Burnout Comes

  • Realize you are worthwhile (have a IT skill, hardworker, grit, persistence)
  • When you tired, just back of but keep in mind you still worthwhile
  • Sharpening your documentation habit
  • Keep calm and persist
  • Realize everyone not perfect, so am I
  • Realize = keep in mind always (意識)
  • Do something very simple to keep you achieving something, back to the track that made me feel worthwhile
